Octavia Wagon Tow Pack

Has anyone got any pics of what the wagon looks like with the tow pack fitted?

When I ordered my Elegance wagon, I asked for a towbar.

What I got on delivery, was a Best Bars towbar.





I think it looks ok, but it does reduce clearance at the back noticably. On steep driveways and speed humps, it can bottom out. Not worried about damage to the towbar (as it is very strong), but more worried about the bodywork where it is attached to the car.

Not sure what else is included in the tow pack? (Besides the can bus.)

Thanks for that. I wasn't sure whether it would be your type or the removable tongue type. The dealer told me it was a factory fitted option. Hopefully pick the car up next week so I'll find out then.

Yeh, I'm sure mine was 'dealer fitted', but I am still very happy with it.

I only needed it to tow a small 6x4 box trailer for domestic stuff, nothing too exotic

It is removable. I use my tow bar regularly and hate the look of it always on. Takes me 2 mins to put it on and off.
