Hi boys,
Had my Octy, 1.9 TDI wagon, manual - since 30 December... has done 3K already...
its been good so far... very pleasant drive.... fuel economy is improving...
First 1000km - average - jus over 7litres per 100km
Second 1000km - average 6.5 litres
Third 100km- averaging close to 6 litres and its still improving....
Few minor problems: when I'm doing a turn during parking my car and when a wheel is almost at the end of turn - i can hear sound of metal somewhere under...
asked skoda initially to fix - they tried but problem still exists
second problem - when weather is hot electrical windows at the front become very noisy when going down
third problem - just noticed recently - getting some fume inside of the cabin... can't work out if that is from fron or back....
ANYONE HAS SIMILAR PROBLEMS?

and another thing.... i have 3 kids to carry... 2 of them require child seats....
i'm little bit disappointed as its a nightmare to fix those seats every time... and when third child trying to fix a seatbelt - its very and very difficult because of other 2 child seats....
I've had corolla before - and i didn't have this problem.....
so its a potential warning to families with 2 or more kids...
