I wonder if the sunroof, Bluetooth, Sat Nav, Bi zenons are actually included or if they have just copy/pasted the typically optional accessories? Other than that, it sounds like they are selling my car!

12months old & 32,000km isn't a huge amount. When I was on lease I was knocking out 25,000km pa & that was only 5 days usage & using wife's car on the W/E (another 100-300km per weekend). A mate of mine was doing 52,000km a year in each of his cars. In all cases, none of the cars had what I'd call a hard life. My mate only recently sold his Liberty with 180,000km on it & it was very fresh. He still has his Fiesta with 210,000km & it drives (and looks) like new.

And being a diesel at 30k its barely worn in.

Our cars run 20,000km+ per year each minimum. If I wasn't deliberately not going out and about as much as I should I could easily knock off 25k in a year.
