It's actually really hard to find many Skodas up for sale, and most are higher than people expect. Having said that 30k is probably reality, once you drive off the lot you have lost thousands instantly, but it settles down after about 2 yrs. I have a friend in Brissy who has been after one, I might point him in your direction, but I suspect it might be too much for him. He has been complaining about how much second hand Octys have been going for lately.
