Just looking at the images from the day... I love my rim choices more and more!! :D
Need to lower it and put it on 19's, though. Man that would look amazing...

Man, your front guard is lower than mine! You also have more lean attitude...
Clearly my harder VWR/HR springs and APR roll bar are working well!
It does look like action is happening - and those wheels look like 19" rather than 18"
Hi Martin,
Seems like you cars hs a couple of mods I am looking at, APR/HP Roll bars how much of a difference did this make to the daily drive? if you dont' mind me asking what did the brake package set you back (approx.)
Cheers
The roll bars have no negative effects on your daily drive (do both to keep good balance)
For my personal taste/preference, the springs have made the ride a lot firmer, I would not want to go any harder
On poor roads (pot holes and many section joins) you can get a bit grumpy
But for the most part, it's still entirely acceptable
I am surprised that no passenger has ever commented on the stiffness of my car
(I drive a bit slower and avoid the rough stuff for passengers)
The HPA big brake ($2.5k) thread is here:

If your VRS engine is stock I would just throw a set of Ferodo DS2500 pads in, change to a top quality brake fliud (I'm using that VW Super Blue stuff) and use reallly good tyres, not to mention front semi slicks on spare rims for track days
If you have a stage 2 engine tune and are keen on track days, then more brake upgrades will help, starting from ~$1k and up, so you need to be pretty determined...
Every since going to stage 2 my car has had a very obvious whistle
See the YouTube video earlier in this thread - the car whistles from the hair pin right until I hit the brakes
In addition, over recent months I think the car has been loosing it's spirit
A friend was recently in the car with me and wanted a demonstration,
while he was impressed with the power, I wasn't
Today the MAF sensor has been replaced!
The engine is now pulling really hard again and 90% of the whistle is gone
