I have a 2007 build 1.8TSI M6. Uses 200ml of oil in 15,000km. Has averaged 6.8L/100km over the last 93,000km. It's had a Bluefin remap since2009. It's a wonderful, smooth, torquey little engine. Love it. Would buy again.Originally Posted by Copperhead

I was rear ended by a 4 wheel drive, I reckon he hit me at about 70-80 km/h. It shook me up a bit, some whiplash - ok now though.

I think the 1.8T in the Yeti is an EA888 derivative. So a relatively new engine.
