Yes it is on the Superb, it uses the electric handbrake when stopped, the Octavia can't do it as it relies on the ABS pump, which is not designed to hold the brakes on for extended periods.

Giving the car a clean this weekend and I noticed that the brake fluid reservoir has no real support, it just flops around on the rubber grommets in the top of the master cylinder. The reservoir is quite tall, so there's quite a bit of leverage. Normal or did someone in Mlada Boleslav have an off day and forget to fit a supporting bracket?

Hmm I thought the RS and the GTI PP used the same diff and the normal GTi had something different. Which is one of the reasons the 230 wasn't as big a change as the PP is. Although I could be getting mixed up with the brakes as the RS has the bigger ones by default.
Got some info today about the New RS230.
Limited Release, Limited Colours, Might be here for Xmas, Only in Manual Transmission and sharing the same Drive Train and Diff as the Golf GTI Performance. Only options are Sunroof, Tech Pack & Seat Heaters.
