That's terrible service you are experiencing. Do you mind advising which of the Perth Skoda dealerships you are receiving such poor service from?

I used to think I was anal-retentive until I started getting involved in car forums
Call skoda head office. I have had successful results speaking to them.
tell them how disappointed you are with the service, quality of the car, blah blah but be firm with them. don't take a 'we will call you back' just wait on hold while they 'look' for a supervisor.
To be fair mazstar19080's problem sounds like a difficult one to locate/fix. I have a slight rattle at times near drivers shoulder/ seatbelt area. Intermittent. I would not even try to get it fixed as it just opens up a can of worms when panels and trim are potentially made worse with no surety it will be fixed.
Leaking fuel however I would get seen to
I can live with minor creaks and rattles but both ones I have are unreasonable. One is an awful loud buzzing sound at my ear level at about 2k RPMS which is where you usually cruise around in. The other sounds like something is loose and moving about (apparently fuel leak).
Just received customer feedback email so not sure to tell them now or after I give them chance to fix the issues (for the 4th time).
I get the exact same buzz noise at ear level from door/B Pillar, usually when decelerating in any gear and passing through 2000rpm.
It does not occur during acceleration or if revved out of gear.
Apparent after a cold start but when the engine/gearbox is fully warmed up (and running smoother) then the buzz disappears,
There are other reported incidents on Briskoda (same revs) but limited number of rectifications.
One person reported he traced his to the horizontal plastic by the window (?) which had come loose and he pushed it manually back into place and that fixed it.
I cannot find anything similar but suspect it may be a vertical plastic/rubber strip that presses externally on the window. My buzz seemed to go when I lowered the window fully but could not be sure because of the extra noise with the window open.
When I fiddled with the external strip it did seem to reduce the problem to the warm up phase, before it was present all the time.
Will have to experiment more.
Became aware of the buzz about 10 days ago.

How many ks do you guys have on your cars now? I'm about to take ours back for the 2k checkup the dealer offered for free
2014 Skoda Ambition Plus 103TSI candy white wagon, 6sp Manual, Tech pack, Panoramic Sunroof, 18's, Colour Maxidot, Comfort BT
Ordered 07 May 14 (Wk 15), Built Wk 37, Loaded 27/9 (wk 39), Docked 12/11 (wk 46), DELIVERED! 12/12 (end of wk 50 - 7 months + 1 week).
I've just clocked over 2k. No issues, apart from the tailgate switch (on the tailgate) which stopped working 2 days after I took delivery! The sales guy said he organised for someone from service to contact me, and they needed the car for the day and wasn't sure if I could get a loan car - so I haven't bothered taking it back yet (picked it up 31/10/14).. Other than the annoyance of having to take the key out of the ignition to use the remote to open the tailgate for school drop offs, i've been living with it.

I had similar buzzing noise (same rpm range), although I found it to originate from under the driver's door then resonate through the door and only happen after the car has warmed up not cold. I told the service centre about this noise and postulate that it might be fuel line rattle. First visit, they fixed it somewhat, noise came back after few weeks. Second visit, they fixed it for good (touch wood) whilst the car was being serviced (they also did a good job fixing rattle inside the front passenger's door), this was four month ago.
I do experience very minor buzzing noise that comes from the seatbelt feeder (about ear level), the plastic is quite thin and highway driving tend to resonate it. The noise stop whenever I press my finger on it.
