Just noticed in today's paper than Skoda is doing driveaway deals on Octavias.

39,990 for VRS Liftback with DSG. I assume a manual would be around $37500. Good value for what you get.

I also just noticed in Skoda AU's website that Yeti's are on driveaway deals, too.
29,990 for 77TSI and 39,990 for 103TDI 4x4.

It is tempting but it's RRP (recommended retail price), no discounts at this price for a manual 1.2TSi but in any case it highlights the fact that is still good value at RRP.

Hopefully the general audience can see what you have seen and get on the Skoda band wagon?!

Picked up my RS TDI manual for $42k onroad. Signed the papers on the 22nd.
