Octavia Battery replacement getting close

So my 12V battery died this morning in my '14 RS wagon, I managed to get a replacement from Repco just after lunch which I have installed but I now have a few error codes like TPMS, auto stop/start etc not working, how do I reset these codes and is it safe to drive like it is.

Need an OBDII or VCDS or just go to the dealer and tell them its got a new battery as should be coded in to tell the BCM its new

Thanks Hillbilly, I was hoping I didn't have to go to the dealer.
I went to local shops and after a k or so all the alerts disappeared so maybe I don't need the dealer reset.

The reason it needs to be reset is to tell the BCM so as it can alter charging rates which differ for a new battery.
Yes the alerts have gone but it will still think you have the original one .
