Hi guys, does anybody have a catalogue, or know where to find info on, extra accessories for the f/l Octavia and RS?

I'm thinking of things like rubber boot liner, roof rack add-ons etc.

Dealers basically. When I got mine there was no mention of accessories at all (?) which made me abit inquisitive. Eventually I got Headlamp Protectors...Thats it for the moment lol

It's good they're having the free accessory promotion atm, most owners wouldn't even ask!

You can download an accessories catalogue from the main Skoda international web site (this page). I doubt that they are all available in Australia but at least it will give you some ammunition to go into a dealer and ask about specific items.

Got a $35 HD rubber bootliner from Supercheap/Repco (they both had them) - works great.

Got F+R moulded mudflaps off eBay for $50 delivered.

Got Skoda branded valve caps from my daughters (Ebay as well).

Couldn't think of any other things the car needs. (is a remap an accessory? Got that too)

The $2000 free accessories promotion lists the following for the Octavia, so that should give a good idea of what is available:
- floor mats (x4)
- rubber cargo boot mat
- cargo netting
- roof bar set (for liftback without roof rails)
- lockable bicycle carrier
- lockable ski and snowboard holder (4 ski)
- MDI
- Skoda standard bluetooth phone kit (n/a for manual RS - ski and luggage box instead)

Yes it's a little socket that is located in the glove box but you still need to pay near enough to $100 for a cable to connect something to it. There are three or four different cables for different devices (iPods, USB, mini USB and straight 3.5 mm av from memory).

I have a pdf accessories catalogue for the pre-FL Octavia if anyone's interested (it doesn't seem like I can attach files here). I'm not sure if the contents are much different from the catalogue available at the link above.

I've ordered parts from the local Skoda dealer using the UK part numbers and it took a few weeks but no worries (paint pen and small paint spray can).

If you need a bike carrier, I bought the Thule which allows you to keep the front wheel on and Rhino Rack aerodynamic bars for a tad under $500. Looks a treat
