Octavia 3 Concept?

that is not the next octavia. i saw that same vid about a yr ago.
skoda have just recently showcased, at the geneva motorshow 2011, their next gen concepts - skoda vision d.
just do a search on "skoda vision d" - u'll c plenty.

I was wandering when the chat on the new model would startup. Provided the new one looks the business, I will be buying it as my current vRS will be almost 3 years if it gets released next year.

I don't think it will be next year...or rather very late in the year if it is. Probably a July build in 2012 to start off with, they will maybe be very scarce as well for a while until supplies get up.

as woofy said - the vision d concept won't filter through till 2015. add another yr or so by the time we get it.

in the meantime, most likely in 2013, there will b a refresh/update, making use of the new global vag platform, which will be introduced in 2012. vag will introduce this first with audi, namely in the a3....to kick things off.
