Octavia 1Z 2012 Side mirror

Hi Guys,

Can someone please help me. I need to change my side mirror to my Octavia 1Z TDI My12. I found one online that comes from an Octavia 1Z My09. Would that fit my car? The mirror looks exactly like mine. Apart for number pins (which I am unable to check) is anything else that I can check?

no - its not the same.
MY09 is mk2 pre-facelift and MY12 is mk2 facelift.
both have completely different mirror housings and sizes.

i had to replace the driver's side wing mirror on my previous MY11 Octavia. i got it from ECS Tuning and installed it myself. Part number is 4F0857535AF

There is one being wrecked here. Might be worth a try? Wrecking RS Octavia2 147TSI DSG all parts available
