Octavia 1.4 TSI DSG in Finland

On holidays and hired an Octavia from Budget from Helsinki airport, left hand drive of course. Observations:
Good to rent a car you are familiar with when driving on unfamiliar roads
Skoda is big in Finland, heaps of them on the road
Heated seats are great in this part of the world!
Attached picture of fuel costs snd ice scraper!

Of course a clear plastic ice scraper , albeit with Skoda green tint.
I wondered how that worked regarding the hiding of the tyre pressure recommendations.

That is expensive fuel at a converted price of AUD$2.32 for 95E10. Makes the $1.55/L I paid in Esperance WA for 98RON during a long weekend 2500km road trip from Perth a lot more palatable.

I think that all petrol sold in Europe has at least 10% Ethanol content, that is if I remember a Briskoda thread entry correctly.

I think the photo showed that the prints on the label are not obscured, in fact, there are some youtube video reviews show that there is a slight magnification on the scraper. And if you can't really read it, take the scraper out and put it back after...
