I did, and had a good experience with the purchase. Other people haven't.

Yeah heard nothing good about Hunter Holden either. Its a shame I don't have a skoda dealer close to my house or work.

I bought a run out Roomster from Northshore and the whole sales experience was good.

But I then made the mistake of giving them my Octavia to service.

I did too and have no complaints about the sales staff. There is now only one Skoda dealer north of the harbour in Sydney - Alto at Pennant Hills

I wouldn't be at all surprised if they shut up shop soon as well - they don't seem to move a lot of stock out of their yard (which I pass every day on the way home from work) and their service prices are probably better suited to the Audi dealership next door!

You could call Trivett at Parramatta north of the harbour...

This is a little late but when I was watching used Superb's going through the auctions about 18 months ago most were going to Northshore and occasionally a Holden dealer called Hunter Holden. I thought this a bit odd but after doing a bit more research I found both were owned by the same guy. If this was the case you would think there would be no problem with the extended warranty but I could be wrong.

Hunter Holden is not authorised by Skoda to do warranty work. They can service you car but if you want any work done under warranty I understand you have to go to an authorised Skoda service centre,

they are under the impression that they can do warranty work as its the same dealer principal.
