However, Rosie's comment about TDF cyclist in the barbed wire went to far, and I don't like one bit of it.
Yes adelaide around tour time is very nerve racking , most weekend cyclists are pretty good in relation to road rules .

But come tour time the once a year boys come out makes me very cautious on week ends , saw about 20 ride straight through a red light and nearly get cleaned up by a lady who was not looking sharply .

Chill people!! - I get enough whinging from my kid when it's time to go to bed - dont want to read about it with regards to cyclists.
I commute to work on my mountain bike 3-5 times a week and to say i feel like I'm taking my life into my hands by trusting every single driver that passes me is an understatement. There is bad cyclists and there is bad drivers - it's life - get over it and get back on topic of the thread......
I really like the ad, it's a fresh look compared to the other mundane "nice angle" ads ya see. Well done Skoda for trying something different!! What's funny is the clip I've started to put together is one of those "nice angle" ad's, but hopefully it's a little different with it's "angles" and mood. Need to buy a new camera rig for some shots........

Any adult human who is pleased to see images of another human being injured by stupidity doesn't deserve my respect or interest.
There are a couple of people on this forum who are now on my ignore list.

I've worked around the world, including in Oslo where I had an office 3 blocks from where the bomb went off last weekend. I've been a soldier, and I've worked on 3 continents clearing landmines and UXO for both commercial and humanitarian interests. I've pretty much seen the worst of what man is capable of doing to his fellow man. Black humour is a good way to deal with it, but I don't offer this as an excuse, as I do not feel obliged to be repentant let alone remorseful.

I'm sorry if I've offended some, who in my view are the products of a society that has us wrapped so neatly in cotton wool that it deems it necessary to put little tags on toaster plugs that say, "Do not use in water". I am even sorrier that such is the state of our society.

By some of the morally upright on this nameless, faceless, anonymous forum I have been personally abused, have had words put in my mouth, suffered the wrath of the moderator, and have been deemed unworthy of respect. I'm sure when you're not being judgemental that you're all really decent people. Perhaps I should seek counselling, it seems to be the cure for all that ails these days. Then again, perhaps not.

Before anyone fires off another burst of indignation please consider one very simple truth, I never intended that anyone take my comment seriously. To those who didn't find it the least bit amusing, then so is your right. Nor do I deny anyone their right to take themselves as seriously as they want to, .... but I strongly object to anyone's expectation that I take them that seriousy when I do my best not to take myself seriously at all.
