Was going to buy a new one, but a demo 147 DSG with 11,000km, with Xenons, came up for a damn good price. It's clean as hell and drives like a new car. I figured the VAG group could take a $10k+ hit rather than me

A big congrats and massive welcome to the Skoda side of watercooled. Its so nice to know there's another ex polo owner who has now also defected to a vrs. So hopefully that means there's another keen skodite who will attend Melbourne Skoda meets?
