New Octavia ....when? How Much?

My dealer in Perth advised me this morning that I am still looking at a build date sometime in January 2015. More importantly, she advised that with a MY15 vehicle, I am able to add the new Comfort Pack, which includes the following: Attachment 12584

I modified my order and added the Comfort pack. We optioned the leather already so it wasn't that much extra to include the Comfort pack instead.

Awaiting build week, which should hopefully be in December some time. The only plus out of this wait has been that I added the comfort pack, so more toys to play with "when" the car finally arrives. This means I will have to hold off on other mods till later next year. I should get more updates this week, hope the new addition to the order doesn't delay it further!

Does anyone know if the Comfort Pack will be available across the entire range? Heated seats are almost (possibly definitely) a dealbreaker for my wife!

Heated seats are nice indeed. Didn't the original post about it say the pack (sans leather seats I guess) will be available on all models?

Looks like it's only available on the Elegance and RS. Better confirm with the dealer tho, maybe you could option the heated seats only.

Lol, more likely to roll the dealership to the ground. Interesting that the salesperson who messed up my order no longer works there, don't know what happened. The new chap is a veteran in fleet cars and seems nice to deal with. He ordered the comfort pack as soon as I informed him, whereas, the other guy would've sat on it for a while.

...can now confirm that I will be taking delivery of a MY14 Skoda Superb Ambition Wagon 118TSI DSG in Candy White with Travel Pack. Should arrive in the next 2-3 weeks.

I was hell bent on ordering an Octavia, but in the end the wait time was simply going to be too long and I came across a deal I couldn't pass up.

The Superb subforum is dead....can I please still hang around here ?
