Which model gets the 3 spoke steering wheel as seen in here

The 4 spoke just doesn't seem quite as cool
And which models have the adjustable driving modes ?

2012 MY12 Octavia RS Wagon
DSG, Black, Sunroof, Leather, HIDs, Michelin PS3.
Only the RS gets the (now flat bottom) 3-spoke wheel. Its an option in some countries but no here by the look of it.
Ambition Plus and Elegance get driving mode with the Tech Pack, standard on the RS.

I remember not so long ago having a lot of trouble finding a demo XR6 turbo falcon to drive, hardly any dealers had them. Ford also used to get cleaned out of the XR5 turbo Focus. Not sure if that happened with the ST, but its an even better car. I've can't recall seeing any on the roads though.
One of the issues for Skoda is that by the time they get the MY15 cars in, they are already end of the current year and then have to flog them off as 14 plated cars. If they just order them in as people want then that problem solves itself. I'm seeing far more spread and not just RS orders with the Mk3 so suspect they will start getting more floor stock in soon. The sales just have to start increasing anyday.
Not sure how interested anyone will be but I have been trying to track down if the "rear view mirror with humidity sensor" component of the tech pack on an Ambition Plus actually did anything as it seemed to only be of use if you had climate control (Elegance and RS).
After many emails back and forth to Skoda, it seems it doesn't do anything at all. I wasn't that concerned about the $120 "value" that you don't get, but more if the standard AC had more functionality because of the presence of the humidity sensor.
So, you don't always get what you pay for !
If you refer to the Packages section of the Overview:
Skoda has included the full list price for each option – to show customers what we pay for the products and for the discount that is passed down to customers for the pack (saving $2600).
So with the rear mirror with humidity sensor, the customer does not pay $120 – would only be a minute fraction of this cost.
It is impossible to remove specific options of the package, it does need to be ordered as one with everything included.
Is it correct that the product won’t be any use if you don’t have the dual climate air con and just have the standard, unfortunately though the package does come inclusive with it anyway.

You get it because it's built in with the light/rain sensor unit I believe, so I guess they just threw it in the list to plump it up.

Pity you can't option climate control because that is the one thing I want - and that means either a RS (yes, that would be nice but there are a few things I don't like such as the red inserts, harder suspension, lesser economy and ground clearance), a Elegance (no manuals and I don't want leather) or a no sale...
