Previous 27kg standard happy in VW Golf with parcel shelf removed- He looked thru headrests for view when not snoozing.
Headrests up were effective enough to stop him jumping thru.

My preference for Hatchback vs Wagon is just personal, illogical dislike of the wagon style.

eta: Local dealer says Skoda Octavia 3 launch for dealer reps is 28 Nov.

It looks like there were a whole heap of Octavia RS models loaded on to the boat on Monday, both TSI and TDI spec - ETA Port Kembla 24th December.

Hah good work brenno, I was just about to post the same thing. Whats interesting is a Petrol RS is due in Brisbane on the 19th December too.

Can I just boast and say how much I'm enjoying seeing the new Octavias out and about? I probably see one a week on average now, although I've only seen the one vRS model.

I also seen on Rapid Spaceback which actually looks pretty good.

Hopefully by the time I get back to Australian in 2015 any early issues with them will be sorted. The only problem will be the long lead times in the order (last time it was 4 months).
