If a Skoda person will contact me I might collect it. Emailed, no response. Phoned, told would be called back, no call. Dropped in to the dealership and told nobody could help on a Saturday. Customer service not good. It's getting tough to be polite.

That's pretty poor!

VAG in general has atrocious customer service. A mate had signed for a new Audi s3, originally told first or second week of Jan. Then that dealer had the dealership stripped, and he had to go sign again. Couldn't get the same price on the car the second time. Was supposed to get it on Friday and now they have changed the vin number and are saying in another two weeks.....

They need to sack their customer service team and hire people who actually know what customer service is.

Time to lose your manners mate!
My delivery is booked for Wednesday (sans towbar). Sorry [emoji16]

Car is sitting at lot of transporter Prixcar in Melbourne awaiting transport to dealer. Next suitable truck, Friday. Might get Friday or Saturday. Total delivery time 10 months. The last few increments of time are the worst. Fed up. Might get a one trip unregistered vehicle permit and collect it myself tomorrow if they will let me.
