New Octavia ....when? How Much?

Not Frozen means its still an "estimated" build date. It wont go frozen until the week (or two) before the confirmed build week.

On another note, I need to go to some sort of counselling. I'm about to hit buy on a set of Lakin plate holders for the car. $270 worth. I think i will be close to $2K in mods before it rolls off the showroom floor.....

I just hope I dont have an accident! I'll never get that money back.

Well I've got an RS ordered for next year around the same time the Scout is supposedly out. I was considering the Scout for a split second but realised that the extra capability from the AWD system is wasted on me as I don't go offroad at all. Performance and fuel economy would have probably also taken a hit when comparing the RS to the Scout.

Has anyone who's got an RS ordered considered getting the Scout?

This week is build 42 and I didn't get the frozen status. Damn...not that lucky to get a build a month after ordering.

Pretty much flat for the past 3 years. Even the new Octavia didn't help much...it probably could've if it weren't for the long wait times.

Waiting 6+ months is hurting sales a lot.

You can almost see the manipulation of supply regardless of demand in those sales figures. The only occasional blip is the EOFYS every June.

My dealer in Perth advised me this morning that I am still looking at a build date sometime in January 2015. More importantly, she advised that with a MY15 vehicle, I am able to add the new Comfort Pack, which includes the following:
