I am going for a similar stormtrooper look with my car but as yet haven't powder coated the wheels - that is my next job.
I have been playing with plasti dip on the grille, mirrors rails so far.
Dod you replace the roof rails or have them painted as well?

Mine are the rails from a 90TSI, but thats just because I intend to use them one day.
