Yep saw mine is doing that too, it means they have dropped those VINs off getting updates. Same issue the MY15s had not so long ago. I saw the new update there as well last week and was about to download it, so guess no more map updates....
Mine's an April 2016 build. The update portal is saying "There were no maps for the VIN" which is the first time I've seen that message.
The last time I checked it said 'next update in November', and I think I last updated to 2017 maps released maybe 6 months ago?
Maybe they know their server infrastructure is pitifully slow and stage the rollout of maps to batches of VIN numbers.

I don't think its a glitch when it happened bang on end of June and was gone in July. They are up to something. I just picked my car up and the dealer said they now have the SD cards so can update for me free anytime. They might have pulled Oz VINs from that site.
Just checked the portal and now shows MRM 2017/2018 available so downloading now.

Does anyone have a direct email for Skoda Australia, for when owners want to offer suggestions or make requests for features?
Something that actually gets monitored and responded to? Not just the generic "contact us" tab on almost every company website, that never EVER gets checked or replied to?
I want to specifically request that Skoda makes available a feature where users can select the regions for their updates in the portal. I can understand Europeans wanting to update ALL Euro countries & UK... but Aussies are HIGHLY unlikely to ship our cars overseas, even to NZ, to need any maps other than Aus..... why D/L 22GB of maps, when we only need to update probably 1GB worth?

I think you would be wasting your time. Its not just these maps, its all maps for all of VAG. They want just one map file to put on the cars leaving the factory without having to think about making multiple variants. At least we can download and update them ourselves unlike a lot of other makers that still charge or you have to get the dealer to do it. If its a big issue the dealers all have the SD cards as well now they told me this week so can do it for you.
