Who knows until it actually arrives and you see it in the flesh. There is one thing for sure there is a definite move across the whole VW group to have a similar design look and I guess even more parts sharing than previously. Up to now Skoda have been fairly proudly autonomous and to some degree have been able to tell VW where to go as far as corporate looks are concerned but it seems that they may be starting to loose that war. It would be fairly horrible to think of ending up with Seat/Skoda/VW and Audi basically being badge engineered versions of the same product at different price points.

If they use the 103kW 1.4TSI that's in the new Golf, then yes it will have it. I predict the 1.8TSI 132kW to be the volume seller here however, at least until the RS models arrive.

Yeh? cool...what sort of release date do they reckon for the new RS?
Mine might be ready to trade to by then...judging by the kms I am doing so far...already 8,500kms since end of sept...

Mine's up to 38,500km.
I figure in 5 years I'm up for a new vRS... It'll be up around 250,000km by then, at this rate!
