I just bought new plates from vic roads as a slightly early christmas present to myself! Couple of beers made the decision a little easier. I just hope the Euro plates fit!

Do you know if our euro plates fit the car perfectly?

My NSW Euro plates fit perfectly (big plate at the back, small at the front) but VIC plates might be different. But, they look good none-the-less!

    Merry Christmas everybody

Bugger! I ordered the normal size front & back! Didn't really want to spend anymore considering they just cost $695!

I saw some nice Vic Euro plates on Jaz-RS's car today they fit perfectly and look great. I'm in two minds about whether to go down that route. I may just get black and white standard plates.

Are you suppose to not post number plates? The euro plates in vic are perfect as they start in V, so I got V RS ***. Perfect!

Yes they fit the space perfectly for the large version both front and back. I went the ol' skool white letters on black plates. I was a bit hesitant on getting these since I hadn't seen any others on the road but they set the car right off.

Don't know what the deal is for posting about plates, but i could of got 147,
198 or 225 (thinking what may lay ahead). But since I grabbed the MY10 there was only one choice since I don't know how many upgrades await

Some people are worried about posting photos of plates on forums for security reasons but I think that's a little paranoid. After all you only have to see a car on the street to see that plate. I know what your plate number is and I saw your car for about 10 seconds. I would never post a VIN on a forum that really identifies a car at a dealership or manufacturer or even transport authority level and while you can obviously copy a VIN from the reg label of any car you have to be beside the car to do it rather than just reading a forum.

Yeah, just $695 :S Here in NSW they've put the Euro prices down (bt almost everything else up...) to just $400 to order and nothing every year. But mine came with the car

The front number-plate (small) fits easily, and I imagine that the big size would fit too. If not, it'll just have to go over the number-plate space carving in the bumper abit.
