Stick with the +150 as the legalities of changing may outweigh any advantage.
Whole assembly would need to be changed to give a satisfactory result
Hi Guys,
I've blown a globe in my 2011 Octavia RS and wondering about an LED globe replacement or possibly even HID.
Has anyone else done this or am I better off just to go for a +150 xenon globe for better light performance?
Thanks
Karl

Yeah I know they aren't legal. I think I will just stick with a normal globe!
Thanks mate

If you have halogen globes consider replacing with some good quality Philips Xtreme Vision or Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited.
Much better light output, whiter light, affordable and legal.
I have used powerbulbs.com many times however they are available from local suppliers also.

If the inners are H1 put some 125W globes in there. I had Xenons on the outside as standard on my Superb and putting 125W H1's in the inners sure woke it up. It won't help on dipped beam but the high beam is something else.
+1 Philips, they are great
