It's all good. I doubt the banks would dare put up rates before the RBA's indication nowadays, with the likes of Tracy Grizzleguts on A Current Affair watching...

I'm actually finalising the same agreement that was made 4 months ago when I ordered the car.

The goverment wouldn't allow that would they ausspace87 as i'm sure they have control of all the banks and make sure they do the right thing.

Good that they are sticking to the interest rate of four months. My rate is the one that i signed upto in March.
