We have completed a 3 week holiday that took our family of 4 from Canberra to Brisbane and back (with many ‘side trips’). The Octavia over-took b-doubles and caravans/trailers with ease with the roof-pod fully loaded and every bit of space in the wagon utilised. Took the inland road on the way up, and coast road on the way back.

The Elegance is an absolute pleasure to drive, very comfortable and quick, and definitely made the trip very easy. We will definitely drive again next time

We covered almost 3,000km and filled up 4 times, and averaged 6.5L/100km for the whole trip. We still had plenty of go-juice left in the tank when we got back home.

Gotta love that diesel!
