Front requires dropping of subframe and requires a few hours to complete
Rear is 6 bolts and fairly easy - triple square heads IIRC so correct tools required.
Personally, I prefer harder springs as I don't like the way heavier sway bars stop the independant suspension being independant but there's more than 1 way to skin a cat.
