At least one of the 'empty' weight standards includes a 75 kilo driver and full fuel tank etc and is the one I think that is included in the brochure.

Aren't car weights specified dry. So tank capacity wouldn't come into it. Except for the extra material used to make the tank physically larger.

Kerb weight includes all fluids including a full tank of fuel.
