Feedback for Volkstech

The Octavia is due for a service early next year and found an ad for Volkstech in the local paper. They are just up the road from where I live so will be very convenient but a search cannot find any mention of them so was hoping someone has any feedback after going there? They service škoda as well.

Is this the mob that's just down the road from Latrobe University in Bundoora around the many body shops in that area/on that street? I drove passed it today I think and looked closed. On holidays maybe? Don't remember seeing them there before so they must be either new or just moved down there fro elsewhere?
