Im going to be upgrading to a Superb 4x4 V6 Combi/Estate

and will be looking to sell privately. Currently 55,000 k on the clock.. Brand new tyres on the front.. 1/2 worn rear. Car is 100% Standard.. Rego in ACT till Late DEC

Anyone got an idea what its worth??

Only a few stone chips and a full dealer service history.

The former used car manager in me says kick you in the shins and the current Skoda owner says I hope you get back more than you paid. In truth I have no idea what one is worth but I do wish you good luck with the sale.

For your spec etc, I'd guess (the key word there being guess) that it'd be worth probably $25-30k, which it'd be a better bet than a new Octavia 1.6MPI I can tell you!!! But look on carsales.com.au/carsguide.com.au for examples too

Make sure you post pics of the Superb Combi when it arrives too please, very good looking car that one especially with the 18s, let's hope they give it a spec update....

With that many kms, iam presuming 2007 build, about $22k private sale .

Lucky you , just what iam thinking , but iam only 2 years into lease and would love the combi awd .

Best of luck selling , by the way obviously dealer offered you lousy trade .

Yeah dealer trade was below the payout figure, watching the market and looking redbook ill have time to sell it though, eg the Wait on the Superb is meant to be quite long at the moment in the spec im ordering.
I did see a 2007 with 45k move from a car yard in Canberra recently for 28. So who knows..
There aren't many cars in that price range ( used ) that have what the Octavia vRS has, so it could be hit or miss. Guess having time on my side will help.

As for the Superb, ill post as soon as details are locked in and order completed, delivery dates possible and some pics once its arrived later this year.
