Perhaps this is off-topic, but I bought a Skoda recently. Pretty sure nobody else in the forum has one like it...

... because it was never sold in Australia. It's a 2003 Skoda Fabia with a 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine, and no features. Not even air conditioning. It's currently at a friend's place in Cambridge, England. The plan is to drive it to Mongolia next year with some friends.

It's pretty hilarious to drive. The engine needs to be kept above 2500rpm to avoid lugging, but apart from that it has no troubles keeping up with ordinary traffic. At least the 3-pot engine thrums along nicely when you rev it. Overtaking on motorways was the wrong kind of exciting. And the suspension is definitely set up for comfort rather than cornering. But I found myself quite enjoying it for the week between buying it and flying back home to Australia.
