don't worry I'm no expert .. but from what I can gather the lighter alloy arms reduce unsprung weight which may(?) result in improved traction, and the bushes allow for tighter cornering / better handling. I'll be taking her up to Winton on the 17th for a track day so will hopefully be able to discern some changes then.

.. on a side note, which of you 'welshmen will be coming to canberra for the German Auto Display on 22/23 Sept ???

Wish I could, but I'm really hectic with work until about the start of October.

Both of you should come to the Sydney meet, though!... Whenever it ends up being organised for.

no swaybars as yet JR, I'm told that with coilovers they may not be needed, but the track day will tell

Got my car in February and still haven't received the welcome pack, so don't hold your breath. Maybe because I've got the cheaper 90tsi, it's not worth the 'welcome to the family'

hey Brad, Audvolks sourced them for me for $693 incl. GST ... pretty sure you can (or used to at least) get them cheaper though.

hey todd - new wishbones look great - did you check the weight saving over the stock arms? I have some alloy TT arms in the shed waiting to go on the new car. They feel super light but I've not had a chance to compare with stock yet.

roofbox - nice I've got a THULE for mine that I'm toying with having colour coded to the car (SWMBO would go mad I'm sure!).
