    thanks gents

well Friday was an exciting day for the shkoda .. got me some alternate wheels (will still wear the Rays G2's for track as well as street don't worry)

.. some nice shiny brakes so she's ready for Winton

.. and aside from the tune, I'd have to say that this has been THE best mod to date - grip now increased by 100%! very happy.

Awesome Toddster. Cant wait to get mine now. Please let us know how the BBK feels after the running in period. By the way, thanks for posting up a pic of where the engine mount thingy goes. Was about to google it tonight before I head down to Volkspower or Tims to grab one myself. Hows the vibration though? Comfy or vibrates more but still tolerable and close to normal or bone rattling?
    Which one did you get?

Todd - i lurve the new rims and BBK. Good choice!

GTI Dave - i also have the dog bone mount (BFI 70duro from Dubaddiction) and its great. No vibration or other negatives. Less engine movement and better shifting (manual gbox).

Dave I got ECS part #2202615 ($40). Some vibration is noticable, but minimal imo, and certainly worth it considering the traction benefits. Vibration is very noticable in reverse, but who cares

Thanks guys for the info on the engine mount. Dropped by Tim's this morning and got the BFI 90 Duro insert. Just gotta find time to fit it now. Also looking into the Eurojet catback from Tim as well (might as well buy local and help out the fellas especially good ol' Tim from Dubaddiction).

Toddzy your blk beast looks awesome with that 3/4 shot and those new shadow coloured wheels. Friggin looks mean. Should keep calling it "Darth Schkoda". LOL.

Brakes are sweet - did you get a chance to weigh these before they were fitted to compare with stock? I couldnt find any info on them via google..

I have to say the wheels look better than i thought they would, but i still prefer the rays
