i'll c if i can find the link to actual page on the website.
I assumed that the site you got the pictures from made the call and I also assume that they called it a yeti probably because of the large round front lights but if that is the Yeti then it would mean than effectively the Yeti has been killed and the name has transferred to what is now the Scout. If you compare the body panels to the Octavia images you will see that from the B pillar forward the only difference appears to be the front bumper. There is a different shape to the rear edge of the rear doors but without seeing images of the new Octavia wagon who knows all wagons may have those doors.

AFAIK the current Yeti does not share any body panels with the Octavia just like the Tiguan does not have Golf or Jetta panels so I just can't see this as being the new Yeti. If it is I don't really care because if whatever it's called is on the market when I need a new car that will be what I look at.

    That Yeti... Oh, damn.

And the new Roomster actually looks like a people mover that people would consider owning!

    ... Where's the Octy wagon, though? :/

Yep. An A1/Polo clone. In my current Fabia vs Polo dilemma it's almost tipping into Monte territory just on 'future nostalgia value' (if that's a thing!).

as said before, its the yeti.
    translated from the "autobild.de" site:-

    On the "Yeti".......
From 2015 brings the new Skoda Yeti. The successful concept remains the same, optically Skoda will be making even more on edge. The Snowman will round out 2016 with seven seats and a huge trunk, the SUV range of Skoda to the top.

    On the Fabia.......
In the spring of 2014 is the third generation of the Skoda Fabia much leaner and more spacious at the start. The small car based on the so-called aloud AUTO BILD modular transverse matrix (MQB) of the VW group. This technology concept is to allow for greater diversity among the members of the VW family. For the Fabia, this means that he will grow little, offer a longer wheelbase but better space. From model year 2015, three-cylinder TDI diesel with 75 hp and 90 hp used. With the smaller model, the Fabia could be the three-liter car.

    On the Roomster......
Also in 2013, the new Roomster is launched: The van is no longer drawn as futuristic as usual, gets sliding and growing on Touran size.

Where do I sign? Love the look of all of them, if they are as impressive as the current crop in all the major areas, I'd say they've addressed the biggest problem they have in aus, the awkward styling.

I'll wait till they hit the showroom to see what it is but one thing I learned many years ago is the car magazines frequently make mistakes when they publish images of yet to be released models.

    Yes, that is very true.
However this is the best, closest (in my opinion) & most recent publication of what is coming from Skoda. The Rapid is proof of this & backs up the images.

Pics of the new Seat Leon has already been released - before the Golf.
The other rumour is that the next Fabia will be based on the current Rapid chassis to reduce costs.

Isn't the Citigo just a VW UP! with a few different panels?

The look is great & I hope the design philosophy actually transfers to production. The Skoda philosophy beats VW hands down - the Rapid a great looking small car. But I've watched design concepts lose their lustre when they send it to the factory. My last car was an MY04 Liberty GT....the replacement design looked great in concept and a great evolution from that car....then they managed to turn it into....I'm not sure what. Needless to say I felt the Superb was a far superior look & value....and I still think the previous gen Liberty is a far better looking car than the current crop.
