    Columbus No Volume - need Firmware update

    My 2013 Octavia Columbus has no volume - radio, nav,BT. This looks to be a common problem which can fixed by a firmware update to s/w version 409 or 411.
    Does any one have a link.

    Anyone know where i can get a firmware update in Sydney . Skoda Warwick farm want $330 to run a diagnosis.
