Gah! Wish I'd known that before buying them!!! Bought them a couple of months back, just haven't gotten around to trying to fit them. Part of the reason was not knowing how to pop the covers off - couldn't see any of the usual tell-tale screwdriver slots... Not too impressed with the news that the LED units still glow slightly when "off". I managed to get around to fitting the LED boot lights (also from Superskoda) to my wagon a while back and these work brilliantly (pun intended)!

The glowing slightly thing is amazingly slight.

The covers can pop off by running your fingernail under the outside edge and just pulling it down.
Alternatively, run a flathead screwdriver between the fabric of the roof, and the plastic of the cover. Same effect, also zero damage.

I bought the LED boot lights today. Well, yesterday. Its 2:30am atm.
    Glad to know they work!!

Now, just gotta work out how to get rid of these bloody numberplate bulbs..
