    Bluefin and Aussie dollar.

Woo Hoo for the strong Aussie $ just picked up the BlueFin from JKM Motor Services in the UK for $644.70 including registered postage.

You will love it. I can't wait for your feed back. Can you give us a before and after impression? I did mine straight from the dealer so never really had a chance to drive it stock. FYI we have been traveling on a ring road lately, A 30km trip mostly 80-100km/h speed with some 50-60 at each end and regularly see the fuel into the high 6l/100. And thats driving normally with moderate traffic. My wife gets this around town sometimes, and with nearly 10000km it seems to be getting better. Front tyres are wearing fast, the right foot needs more control hehe

That's only AUD25 less than what i paid 2 years back - I'm surprised it wasn't much better than that.

Mine was GBP 339 + GBP20. AUD1=GBP 0.54 at the time. What are we now? about 1=0.61?

Enjoy the 2nd & 3rd gear thump in your back. I recomend you do a half-dozen easy (half throttle on the flat) runs from 2000rpm - 5000rpm in 2nd or 3rd to start with & allow the tune to adjust for our fuel. Superchips would prefer it if we had 100ron here.

They are GBP 378 + 20 now, so that explains it, still cheaper than other options though.

I emailed gccorp.com.au (aussie distributer). They said they are going to lower their price to $680. Also said that they've had no issues with the TSI and encryption. But have has issues with the occasional TDI.

Awesome. Thanks for the details above - ordered off gccorp - it says 2 days for delivery - does that mean they have them in stock? I can't wait to try it out.

Now I wish I had a TSI instead of TDI regarding encryption.
