    Thanks for everyones input!

Ok so I have increased tyre press's to 38psi and yeah there is a slight improvement in feel so thanks!

After a bit more research and thought going to go with the Eibach Pro Kit Springs and Supaloy LCA's which should finish off the car nicely. Just got to source the bits next week and have them fitted up!

Have thought about the torque arm insert but I read too many negative comments on vibrations in idle and reverse with the DSG which kind of turns me off I want to keep the car a pleasant daily driver.

The left hand side is a pain to install on a DSG car,
you have to unbolt the gearbox and lift it to clear one bolt

Turning into cornering under hard acceleration is much more response with these control arms also. Best investment I've made on the car thus far. Just debating whether to go Stage 1 or not if Martin is saying he can't use all of the power anyway??
So can I ask a question to those that have the LCA. Do they soften up with time? I'm noticing a bit more axle tramping occurring of late? So again I'm questing whether to tune the car if I'm getting axle tramping under stock.

Just tune it. As others have said, it isn't for the off the line take-off, it's for the overtaking & 3/4/5/6 midrange grunt. You just have to re-adjust to use the throttle as a linear control rather than an on/off switch

More power also doesn't necessarily equate to more axle tramp either. I'd be looking at tyre pressure first and then move on to tyre compound as these are the most common causes of axle tramp.

I'm running stage 2 on petrol manual and couldn't be happier. The dogbone insert helped the most with tramp, it only does it now on rough bumps and in the wet. Running these ps3's the wheels spin a little in 1 and 2nd but it's still a lot faster than stock through these gears. As stock it only slightly just spun in first on a good road, now it's easy though. I made the car the way it is to enjoy mountain cruising, and track once or twice a year- this leaves me running it in 3-4th gear 80% of the time, and for this it's perfect. Power is soo useable, and tramping not a problem, even in wet conditions in 3rd+

For those of you concerned with vibration from the dogbone insert, I fitted half of a butchered insert into my car and I don't get vibrations.

Also, the more miles you have the more movement in the original insert as they flex more over time. I didn't do mine until after 100,000km.

Mysticality: Where did you get yours for $20?

How much do these help with axle tramp?
