On Friday, I ordered:
1) Milotec Auto-Extras GmbH - Skoda Tuning und Zubehör - LITEC LED-Rückleuchten, schwarz/rauch (Paar) RS und Scout RSK03RSLBS
2) Milotec Auto-Extras GmbH - Skoda Tuning und Zubehör - LED Kennzeichenbeleuchtung, Octavia II Facelift 01.10.2008 -> LPLSK02

Their ordering system requires the blokes at the other end to calculate shipping costs then send you an invoice - which is fair enough.
As of yet, no money has changed hands... Being the four consecutive Chocolate Appreciation Days.
Will update as the deal goes along.

How easy is it to install both of the above? Plug and play or major rewiring/recoding required?

Also, is the price for the tail lights for a set of 2?

Just got an email from them... The tail lights are out of stock until "further notice"

Shipping on the LED numberplate lights is around 40 euros... Brings the order total to something like e105. :S

In theory everything is plug and play.
When I work out how to pay the invoice I'll let you guys know more!

Got in touch with Dectane - the actual manufacturor of the LED tail lights. Waiting for a reply.
