Thread: Any others have problems with Superskoda??...delays?

    Well, if it was normal shop and not the one in the cyberspace, you would walk in and cancelled the order, just like we were doing it before the ebay and the internet. Brace yourself for more of these in the future as the internet shopping gets even more popular.

    I have booked the flight with the Tiger airlines 2 years ago, paid for it with my Visa, they cancelled the flight and till today I didn't see the refund or the word of communication from them (contacted them 3x). It was $80 and I will not stress my heart because of that, it's not worth it. Live and learn, that’s what I call it.

    I will hapilly order from Superskoda because my buying experience was a good one.

    Yes I have been doing most of my shopping online for years, but most (of course not all) online traders have better communications than this when something goes wrong. I would certainly say this is below average.

    I will too but only because at this point there is little choice for the range of goods.

    Well, not too bad...I now found another place in Germany called Milotek, that have a similar grille that I will purchase.

    I tested them by emailing a few questions etc , and they responded very quickly and professionally. so the initial test seems good.

    Wow...so your experience was so similar!!

    I wish I had read that earlier...

    Anyway, now that i have found Milotek in Germany, I will give them a try.
    Has anyone dealt with them perhaps?

    So far as I have mentioned, they have responded to all my emails very promptly!
