I don't think George has been in the car business before working at Skoda,

Not sure how long for but he sold Peugeots (I think). He definitely sold cars before he started at Richmond.

Thanks for the replies, I know it's a rant but she still doesn't have her car. If she was originally told it was going to be 3+ weeks then it wouldn't have been a problem.

She has been carrying a $40k+ cheque in he purse for over a week now because it was supposed to be on the floor ready. Also they sold their 2nd car on that premise and now have to juggle young kids, school & shopping etc by taxi.

If the dealer is aware of that then I would be hitting them up for a loan car.

So, the story has a happy ending. A phone call this morning, the car is ready today and has been picked up.
