i wanted to post up a thread and find out peoples opinions on air intake.

i've got my car booked in for an APR tune this week and will be going for an exhaust as soon as i can find one that is not a 3k APR bolt on kit.
one of the other upgrades that ive looked at is the air intake.
there is a hundred out there and they all say they are the best and offer wonderful things.

a simple filter change from stock to something like k&n is something ive done to cars in the past and is cheap. i didnt notice any difference and have a tendency to get rid of cars every 3 years so never saw the long term benifits.

ive looked and see that people can buy cold air intakes or CAI.
they are expensive, look cool and everyone has different ideas about them.

i wanted to know what skoda owners think, what have you done to your'se and was it worth the outlay.

for me, my car is a daily drive and so far as performance mods i wont be going to far past the chip and exhaust.
