did it myself.
bought the badge (boot/tailgate) of ebay, some strong adhesive and all good.
it's the same size as the 'plastic' badge on the engine cover.

FYI, you can also get real CF battery & fuse box covers and coolant reservoir covers too, but the coolant covers are a bit exy so I just have the others on mine for now, looks tough as!
