Just had our 45k service at Trivett for $570.90 which we were pretty happy with. It did include $200 worth of parts (oil and air filters etc) so I found it to be very reasonable. The car is spotless and nice and shiny and we were offered a courtesy car but didn't need it (thank God the one thing mostly right in this city - the trains - is right near the dealer!). Very happy and would recommend Trivett to anyone on the forum in Sydney.

Our RS is due for a 30K service at the moment, does anybody have any suggestions where to go in Melbourne? Mentone have shut their dealer, Brighton apparently don't start operating until February. I'm thinking Doncaster may be the best option at the moment...

Any issue with Richmond, I find them fine. I saw the new one at Doncaster the other day, prime position. I don't understand the Brighton one though from Zagames, I would have thought somewhere GW would be better, Brighton has the wank factor that Zagames is used to I guess.

Also had a boot mat fitted (Wow. >.<) and front window shields mounted at Allan Mackay Auto's in Moss Vale. Pretty damned fast fit, actually.
All in all took about an hour, half of which was my waiting around for all the morning services to get finished so I could have a spot.

Just rang Lance Dixon Doncaster Skoda for a 30K service price, and was quoted $680-$720...
I told them what I thought of that, and told him it should be more like $400, and he said, no, that's what the first service would have cost...Time to try Zagames....
