I believe all we can do at the moment is guess... VW seems to be playing some games internationally.. but like most Skoda's Australia gets them pretty much last! If they appear in NZ then there is a good chance we will as well.
Hi lads, I was just wandering whether anyone had heard anything further on the Fabia RS launch? The last HQ comments centred on the fact they were hindered by the Australian dollar, now that the dollar is well up that reasoning/excuse is long removed. If it was a true limiting factor there couldn't be a better time than now to get them here.
A huge part of me can't help but feel that VW are hindering the launch as not to encrouch on the Polo Gti's initial time in the spot light.
Any info would be appreciated as always

The RS goes on sale soon in NZ and I hope try bring it here soon, despite how much I dislike it. Skoda Aus have almost brought the Yeti so now I think they're focusing on the Fabia range. Price it better then the already-impressive pricing of the Polo, and with the 77kW TDI (not 66kW TDI like the Polo) with a DSG and it'll do well. I want them to bring in packs like the Polo too, like the Sport and Comfort Packs - they'll do well (or even better - make them standard!).
