Help needed - Timing Belt Replacement

Hi,

I am in the middle of replacing my timing belt. Just noticed that i need a Camshaft Locking Tool to complete the job. I couldn't locate the tool in Melbourne. Has any one else had to look for one in Melb? Any help would be highly appreciated. I am stranded here and need to fix the car and get back on the road.

Do you know of any place that'd rent it out to me? Or sell it for an affordable price.
