100W can blow fuses and melt wires if it's not the factory/recommended bulb.
Those look like normal bulbs with a blue film... I doubt they'd be any good with that much tint on them.
i guessing this would be the same?

lol. the supercheap ones are actually quite good. I'd recommend the ones that are tinged blue but also advertise 50% more light. Am using them at the moment, and they put out a bright white light. Is only a slightly blue tinged bulb.
100W bulbs will likely fry your wiring and melt your headlight assemblies.
I'd be more inclined to buy genuine name-brand bulbs (Osram Night Breakers, Philips X-tremes, etc) from reliable online stores (www.powerbulbs.co.uk) or retail stores (Supercheap Auto, Repco, etc), than trust what comes from most eBay stores - many counterfeits are sold via eBay, so you're probably not getting what you're paying for (or not paying for) there.
Also be aware that whilst blue-tinged light may look pretty (a matter of personal opinion which I don't actually agree with), your eyes are pretty average at using it - yellower bulbs actually give you more usable light (and you'll suffer less backscatter/reflection off rain/fog/snow etc).
